Moving, changing your phone number or email address… There can be many steps to inform the various organizations. The online service “Je change de coordinates” (JCC), accessible on service-public.gouv.fr, allows you to report your change of address to several organizations simultaneously, via a single, free and secure process.

The approach “ I'm changing coordinates ” is an online service that allows you to declare your new contact details without the need to contact each organization individually.

Simply fill out the form indicating the information that has changed. These are transmitted directly to the selected organizations, without any further action on your part, according to the principle “ Tell us once ».

This makes it possible to inform more than 30 national bodies, including:

  • the Directorate-General for Public Finance (DGFIP);
  • Health insurance;
  • France Labor;
  • France Securities;
  • many pension funds;
  • as well as some energy suppliers.

In addition to the moves, the approach also covers certain administrative changes, such as:

  • changes to the name of the municipality following a merger;
  • renaming of streets or lanes.

These situations, although less frequent, can affect several thousand people at a time. With 1 click, the changes are made.

You can also use this online service to report a change of email address and phone number (landline or mobile).

The approach is also open to local authorities: more than 4,500 town halls are connected to the system via Datapass, allowing a change of address to be declared to the municipality of residence.
