An updated simulator to prepare for your retirement

The info-retraite.fr website, developed by the Union Retraite and the compulsory schemes, accompanies you in the preparation of your retirement.

In your retirement account, under My career, you can view all your rights and consult your career summary (and from 55 years, make a correction).

The My Retirement Estimate simulator allows you to estimate the different possible retirement ages. It has just been updated according to the measures currently in force.

The simulator My Pension Estimate Update of the Suspension of Pension Reform

The simulator My Retirement Estimate is accessible via your retirement account.

This tool allows you to estimate the monthly amount of your retirement, to know for each possible age the number of quarters needed and to add personal information (for example about children).

It incorporates the existing measures of the pension reform:

• the adjustment of ages and number of quarters for the 1964–1968 generations;
• taking into account the best 23 or 24 years for mothers affiliated to the CNAV, MSA and CAVIMAC plans.

Another update will take place in 2026 to integrate:

• the addition of 2 « child » terms for long careers;
• updating the parental surcharge;
• the addition of a three-month bonus for women civil servants;
• the publication of the simulation pathway for job-retirement cumulation.

Retirement and progressive retirement

Depending on your choice of retirement, you have access to dedicated courses that take into account the ages applicable after the suspension of the reform in April 2026.
