388 beaches and 104 harbors will be able to fly the Blue Flag this summer as a reward for their environmental commitment. The list of the 492 sites labeled, all over France, was published in May on the Blue Flag website. For holidaymakers in particular, this label is a means of identifying places where a tourism policy that respects the environment and human health is implemented.

The beaches awarded the Blue Flag label in 2025 are located in 182 municipalities located on the seaside but also on the edge of lakes and rivers.

The Occitanie and Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur regions together account for 239 sites, which represents almost half of the total number of beaches and ports certified in France (approximately 48.6%). As last year, Occitanie topped the list with 101 beaches and 19 ports, or 120 sites. With 119 winners, the South region is closely following it in the rankings: 91 beaches and 28 ports will be able to raise the blue flag this summer. In 3ᵉ place, Nouvelle-Aquitaine registers 58 labeled sites: 55 beaches, 2 harbors and 1 boat.

In total, 388 beaches and 104 marinas have received the Blue Flag label in 2025. These coastal and continental sites have been recognized for their territory-wide efforts to promote tourism that is more respectful of the environment, ecosystems and human health.

Four communes and two ports join the list first time ever : the municipality of Osselle-Routelle (Doubs), the municipality of La Couarde-sur-Mer and Port Larousselle (Charente-Maritime), Soursac (Corrèze), Gourdon (Lot) and the Port of Honfleur (Calvados).
