  • The visiocomplaint is not possible for all offenses. You must check your situation to see if your violation and the availability of the service allows it.

Comment faire ?

To make an appointment:

  1. Identify yourself by FranceConnect
  2. Choose an appointment slot with a policeman or gendarme
  3. Receive immediately a confirmation by email with a link to go to your personal account. Check in your junk.

On the day of the appointment:

  1. Resume the confirmation email for sign in to your personal account half an hour before the appointment
  2. Click on the link " Manage my visiocomplaint » then the button « Join my vision »
  3. Start videoconferencing

You can send attachments during the videocomplaint (medical certificate, photos, written exchanges...))

Et après ?

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your complaint report and annexes are available in your user area.
