ITGF Compensation Claim - Relative of a Victim of Terrorism

1. Indicate its identity information
2. Specify the facts of which you have been a victim (date, place, circumstances)
3. Describe the injury undergone
4. Join the documents necessary

In order for the file to be examined, the application must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Copy of ID (national identity card, passport or residence permit)
• Any document demonstrating a family relationship with the injured/deceased person (for example, a family booklet)
• Bank details

The ITGF shall consider the application and declare it admissible or inadmissible.

If it is admissible, the ITGF shall pay a provision within a time limit of 1 month as requested.

The FGTI makes a compensation offer to the person who made the request, within 3 months from the receipt of the complete file.

The offer of compensation may be challenged with the ITGF Compensation Officer.

If the person making the request does not reach an amicable agreement, he may refer the matter to the Judge for Compensation for Victims of Terrorist Acts (Jivat) of the Paris Court of Justice.
