Apply for an energy check online

2. Scan the necessary documents
3. Teletransmit the request

• Photocopy of proof of identity (e.g. passport, national identity card)
• Photocopy of the certificate of electricity supply contract in his name and first name showing the delivery point number (PDL) or reference point (PRM) in Metropolitan France, or delivery space (EDL) for overseas departments and regions (Drom) and Corsica, less than 3 months old. This is the 14-digit identifier that allows the electrical meter to be precisely located
• Photocopy of income tax notice (N-2)
• Guardianship or trusteeship judgment (if the applicant is placed under guardianship or trusteeship) and photocopy of the identity of the guardian/trustee with proof of domicile in his name and first name dating from less than 3 months at the time of the application for the energy check

Energy checks will be sent from 19 november 2025 for applications made before the beginning of November. For applications made after, they will be sent gradually.
