The dissolution of the Civil partnership shall be indicated on one of the following documents:
- On the fringes of your birth certificate
- On the register of central civil registration service from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if you are a foreign-born foreigner.
The dissolution of the Civil partnerships shall take effect within the following periods:
- Between the 2 partners: from its registration by the town hall
- For the third party : from the day on which the formalities of advertising have been accomplished.
