Any document proving an infringement of the fundamental rights of persons deprived of their liberty

Et après ?

The CGLPL: titleContent send a mail to the person making the request to inform him that it has been taken into account and will be processed as soon as possible.

When the facts brought to his knowledge appear to be attacking the fundamental rights of a person deprived of liberty, the CGLPL may visit the custodial institution concerned and checks on site, then conduct a investigation.
