Request for custom rate and/or prepayments at source

Cerfa 15944 (2043-SD)

Allows you to make the following requests:

  • Get a custom withholding tax rate
  • Opt for the application of your tax home (instead of custom rate) if you are married or entered into a civil partnership
  • Obtain the creation of prepayments at source.

Indicate the amount of your income for the current year or an estimate of your income for the following year.

Please note

You must attach a copy of your identity document (identity card, passport, residence card, refugee card, consulate card, family booklet, birth certificate) to your application.
