Report the purchase of a horse from the Equine Information System (EIS) (Online Service)

From your Site Space, click Property Management then Declare a purchase or click the corresponding button in the top right corner of this page. Complete the information in the application:

  • Horse Site No.
  • Date of issue of the registration card paper or private key present on the sales certificate

Once the settlement has been made, the change of ownership will be registered in the Site and effective immediately after the process has been completed.

FYI  

If you have an original registration card, you will need to keep it for 5 years after the date of completion of the procedure.
