Check if your municipality is in a stretched zone for the vacant housing tax (VLT) and the increase of the housing tax on second homes (Simulator)

This simulator allows you to check if your municipality is in tense zone for the following taxes:

  • Annual Vacant Housing Tax (VLT)
  • Increase in the housing tax on secondary residences (or other furnished premises not allocated to the principal residence)

If your municipality is located in stretched area, your accommodation is subject to the vacant housing tax.

It is also subject to the increase in the housing tax on secondary residences, only if the municipality or theEPCI: titleContent.

FYI  

If your municipality is not subject to the TLV, your dwelling may be subject to the vacant dwelling tax (THLV).
