The appeal must be made within the 10 days following the end of the period available to the public prosecutor to respond (2 months) or to receive the decision of the public prosecutor

Fill and sign the form
Transmit the request to registry of the investigating chamber the place where the procedure giving rise to the registration of the impressions was carried out. This transmission is done by mail RAR

The form must be accompanied by the following documents:

Duplex/reverse copy of an identity document (national identity card, passport, etc.)
Copy of the request addressed to the public prosecutor
Copy of the refusal decision issued by the public prosecutor (if he has responded to the request).

The decision shall be taken within 3 months from the date of receipt of the appeal.

The person whose data is stored at the Faed is informed of the decision by post RAR.
