  1. If necessary, contact a lawyer (e.g., an Adil lawyer) to provide information on those parts of the form that require legal expertise, including section 7.3 on the debt statement.
  2. Contact the tenant to offer him a maintenanceand obtain evidence of his situation to be attached to the form
  3. Contact the CCAPEXif possible at least 10 working days before the date of the court hearing, so that it can send you the data it has about the tenant.
  4. Contact the landlord

  7. Send it, possibly completed with the tenant's credentials, to judge and to the CCAPEX
