Health status of the child

  • Medical certificate of less than one year in closed cover attesting to the pathology of the child

Child with a disability

  • Your proof of identity

  • Proof of identity of the person or persons responsible for instructing the child (if you do not instruct the child yourself).

  • Medical certificate (cerfa no. 15695) or the decisions of the CDAPH: titleContent concerning the education of the child

Practicing intensive sports or artistic activities

  • Certificate of registration with a sports or artistic organization
  • Presentation of the organization of the child's time, his commitments and constraints proving that he cannot attend a public or private school

Homeless family in France

Existence of a child-specific situation motivating the educational project

  • Your proof of identity

  • Proof of identity of the person or persons responsible for instructing the child (if you do not instruct the child yourself).
  • Proof of address
  • Written presentation of the educational project setting out in detail the specific situation of the child motivating the family education project. This presentation should include the essential elements of teaching and pedagogy adapted to the child's learning abilities and pace. You must therefore describe the approach and the pedagogical methods implemented to enable him to acquire the knowledge and skills of the common foundation. You must also indicate the educational resources and materials used. The organization of the child's time (pace and duration of activities) should also be specified. If a distance learning organization is involved in the child's learning, you must also describe the content of their contribution
  • Any useful document justifying the availability of the person or persons responsible for the child's education
  • Copy of the baccalaureate diploma or equivalent of the person responsible for educating the child. Or a foreigners degree or diploma comparable to a level 4 diploma from national framework for professional qualifications.
  • Declaration on the honor of the person or persons responsible for instructing the child to provide such instruction mainly in French

Threat to the physical or moral integrity of the child

  • Advice from the Warden on the Family Instruction Project
  • Any document proving that the physical or moral integrity of the child is threatened

You can submit your request to the Dasen: titleContent at any time of the year.

Et après ?

The Dasen: titleContent acknowledges receipt of your request. In the event of missing information, he may ask you to complete your file within a specific time. This period may not exceed 15 days.

The Dasen: titleContent notify you of its decision within 2 months from the receipt of the complete file. If no reply is received within this period, your request will be accepted.

In case of refusal, you can challenge the decision within 15 days of its notification.

For this, you need to make a compulsory prior administrative appeal to a committee chaired by the rector of the academy.

The committee meets within a maximum of 1 month after receiving your appeal.

It notifies you of its decision within 5 working days.

If the commission confirms the refusal, you can refer the matter to the administrative judge.
