Conclusion and transmission of the apprenticeship contract in the public service

1. Sign in or create a account on the platform for the dematerialization of public service apprenticeship contracts.
2. Complete the information requested
3. Create one new contract
4. Sign and fget signed the contract
5. Add the supporting documents concerning the information contained in the cerfa (training convention in particular)
6. Transmit the file to the DDETS: titleContent or to the DDETSPP: titleContent (no later than within 5 working days which follow the start of the apprenticeship contract)
7. Wait the response DDETS or DDETSPP (without response within 20 days, the request is accepted)

• Information on the employer (Siret number in particular)
• Information on the apprentice (civil status in particular)
• Information about the employment contract (working hours, hours in particular)
• Training Convention or pedagogical and financial certificate (in the case of a company CFA (internal service))
• Agreement on the organization of duration if necessary
• Mobility Agreement European or international, if mobility is provided for in the initial training agreement
