Allows the owner to obtain the bond from Action Logo. The owner must create his personal space on the site Visale.fr by clicking My visual space. It must then provide an e-mail address and password. This allows him to receive an activation code by email. By specifying this activation code on the site Visale.fr, the account is created. The owner can then apply online.
