  • Duplex copy of your identity document (national identity card, passport, driving license, residence permit...)
  • Copy of the decision of the guardianship judge or the act (future protection mandate...) that appoints you if you are the legal representative of a protected adult person
  • Copy of family record book, birth certificate, copy of court decision or deed..., if you are the legal representative of a minor child
  • Copy of the extract K-bis and any evidence of your status as a representative (power of attorney) if you represent a legal person

The conduct of the proceedings without a hearing must be accepted by all parties at the civil trial.

The court may decide to hold a hearing at the request of one of the parties or if it considers it necessary.

You will be informed of the date on which the decision will be rendered.
