  3. Check then the box corresponding to your situation (only one choice)
  4. Reply to questions laid down

You may be asked to attach a document (examples: photos, reports, analysis results).

Et après ?

Following these reports, health authorities may:

  • Identify new risks and get to know those already identified
  • Implement measures to prevent or limit these risks by issuing warnings or removing a product from the market.
