Real estate agency fees: estimate the tenant's share for a lease signed in 2025

This simulator makes it possible to know the area of the rented accommodation and to estimate the amount owed by the tenant for some of the real estate agency fees paid by the owner during the rental (fees related to the tenant's file, the visit of the accommodation, the drafting of the housing lease), in case of a lease signed in 2025 or before.

Warning  

This simulator does not concern the sharing of real estate agency costs for the inventory of the entrance.
