Real estate agency fees: estimate the tenant share in 2026

This simulator makes it possible to know the area of the rented accommodation and estimate the amount owed by the tenant in 2026 for some of the real estate agency fees paid by the owner when renting (fees related to the tenant's file, the visit of the dwelling, the drafting of the housing lease).

Warning  

This simulator does not apply to the sharing of real estate agency fees for the inventory of the entrance.
