Comment faire ?

  1. Sign in the online approach
  2. Indicate information on fraudulent purchases made
  3. Validate the information

  • Opposition registration number
  • Credit card number
  • Bank statements

Et après ?

Your request will be processed by the national gendarmerie. You will receive, within a few hours, an email acknowledging receipt of the declaration.

FYI  

If you have a Public Service account, the receipt will also be available in the « My documents » section of your personal area.
