Tenant: access to his personal space on Visale.fr

Allows the future tenant to ask Action logement to be surety. Before signing the lease, he must create his personal space on the site Visale.fr. They can then apply online. When applying, the tenant must provide several supporting documents. The tenant who is self-employed must also provide specific documents.

You must request a Visale guarantee before the signing of the lease.
