Calculate the minimum bonus amount for an intern

An employer (public or private) who welcomes you on an internship must pay you a minimum hourly gratuity when, in the same year of teaching, your actual time in your host organization is more than 308 hours.

This simulator allows you to calculate:

  • The amount of the minimum bonus due for each month of the internship (monthly bonus)
  • The total amount of the gratuity due for the entire duration of the internship (total gratuity)
  • The monthly amount to be paid in case of smoothing of the bonus over the entire duration of the internship (smoothed monthly bonus)

Please note

Leave pay is optional.

In the case of maternity, paternity or adoption, the trainee shall be granted leave and leave of absence for a period equivalent to that provided for employees. During these absences, the maintenance of the gratuity is not mandatory.
