1. Fill the online form
2. Download the form
3. Print the form in 2 copies
4. Sign the form and get him to sign to the buyer
5. Hand over copy n°2 signed to the buyer
6. Keep copy no. 1 signed

Depending on the approach taken, prepare in particular:

• Proof of identity of seller and buyer
• Certificate of Registration

The form must be completed by the former owner (the seller) and the new owner (the buyer), then be signed by both parties, even if it is a gift (or transfer free of charge).

If there are several co-owners, or co-heirs each must sign it.

The seller retains copy No. 1 and gives copy No. 2 to the new owner with the other elements necessary for the sale.
