Creation of an association (e-creation)

Accessible, in French, with your Service-Public.fr credentials

Allows you to:

  • declare the creation of your association
  • and to request publication in the Official Journal of company Associations and Foundations (JOAFE) unless the registered office of the association is located in New Caledonia, French Polynesia or Wallis and Futuna.

You must bring the following documents, in digital format (pdf, 1.5 MB maximum per document):

  • Minutes of the constituent meeting or its extract dated and signed, bearing the name and first name of the signatory 
  • Statutes of the association dated and signed by at least 2 persons mentioned on the list of directors (office or board of directors), bearing their name, first name, and function within the association 
  • Mandate (if any) bearing the signature, surname, first name and position within the association of one of the persons responsible for the administration (office or board of directors)

No date of birth must not appear on the attached documents (statutes, minutes, mandate) under penalty of rejection of the declaration.

If you create a trade union association of ownersHowever, the declaration is made differently.
