Temporary degressive allowance agreement - Employee Enrollment Form (Form 12625*01)

Allows an employee who is dismissed for economic reasons and who takes up a new job with lower pay than the previous one to apply for the temporary degressive allowance (TDA).

The DTA is intended to compensate for this difference in remuneration for a limited period of time.
