Comment faire ?

  1. Sign in via France Connect or using an email address
  2. Fill in your civil status information (surname, first name, postal address)
  3. Indicate the way for which you wish to receive the criminal record bulletin n°3
  4. Wait for an email on the email address you provided
  5. Validate Request by clicking on the link sent to your email address

If you were born outside France and you do not use FranceConnect, you must upload a proof of identity (passport, residence permit, etc.) in the online service.

Et après ?

The deadline for receiving an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3) varies depending on the method of sending. It is:

  • From one hour to 24 hours in case of transmission via FranceConnect
  • From a high to 24 hours in case of transmission by email (or 2 days if you were born abroad and you do not use FranceConnect)
  • 2 weeks (including postage) if sent by post (or by letter) RAR: titleContent).

If the bulletin n°3 does not contain any condemnation, you can find it directly on the online service of the Ministry of Justice, receive it by mail or by post.

If a conviction appears on the B3 of your criminal record, you will receive it by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
