Military, fairground, travelers, homeless, mariner: where to register to vote?

To vote, you must be registered on the electoral list of a municipality. Parked soldiers, fairgrounds, travelers, homeless people and mariners must register on the electoral list of the commune with which they have a specific attachment.
What applies to you ?
Military
You can register to vote in one of the following municipalities:
- Municipality of your home
- Municipality in which you have been subject to local taxes (housing tax, company property tax, property tax on built or unbuilt property) for at least 2 years
- Municipality of your residence, if you have lived there effectively and continuously for at least 6 months
- Municipality where you are required to reside as an official
- Municipality where the business, of which you have been the manager or majority or sole partner for at least 2 years, has been registered in the role of municipal contributions for at least 2 years
Regardless of where you park, and if none of these municipalities corresponds to your situation, you can apply to be registered on the electoral list of one of the following municipalities:
- Municipality of birth
- Municipality of your last home
- Municipality of your last residence, provided that it was at least 6 months
- Commune where one of your parents (up to 4th degree) was born, is registered or was registered on the list of electors
- Commune where your spouse or one of your parents (up to 4th degree) is registered or has been registered on the list of electors
If none of these municipalities is located in France, you can apply for registration on the electoral list of the municipality of your recruitment office.

Your husband can apply for his registration on the same electoral list as yours, provided he provides proof of marriage.
Reminder
There is a specific registration procedure for the following persons:
- One French who turns 18 is automatically registered to vote whether he has made the request to citizen census from the age of 16.
- One person who became french after 2018 is automatically registered on the electoral rolls.
- One person in prison and who is not disenfranchised may register, but a specific registration procedure.
- One european citizen (non-french) resident in France may to register on the supplementary lists of electors to vote in municipal and European elections in France.

You can register to vote in one of the following municipalities:
