Yes, guide dogs for the blind or assistance that accompany people with mobility inclusion card (CMI) with the particulars invalidity and priority for persons with disabilities are allowed in shops.
The same applies when dogs are accompanied by the person responsible for their education throughout their training period.
More generally, guide dogs for the blind or assistance are allowed in all places open to the public. They are also admitted to transport and to places of employment, places of training and educational establishments.
A person with a disability who applies for a service or benefit must not incur extra billing due to the presence of his guide dog for the blind or assistance. For example, the presence of a guide dog does not entail any additional cost for the person with a disability who takes the train.
Banning guide dogs for the blind and assistance from public places is punishable by a fine of up to €450 for a natural person and €2,250 for a legal person.
