What is the Culture Pass for and how can I benefit from it?

If you are 18 years of age or younger, the culture pass allows to facilitate your access to culture. To benefit from the Culture Pass, you must reside in Metropolitan France or overseas (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna). If you do not have French nationality, you are entitled to the Culture Pass if you have been living in France for 1 year. We present you the information to know.

The rules differ according to the date of your registration to the device.

Student from 6th to the final year

You are under 18

The Culture Pass has a share collective and a share individual :

  • The collective share is exclusively dedicated to the financing of artistic and cultural education activities carried out in groups and supervised by your teachers. Alone certain activities may be financed with the collective shareCollective share of the Culture pass: activities concerned. They must be booked by teachers on a dedicated platform.
  • The individual share allows you to benefit from a amount of money to finance digital activities, outings or offers online of your choice.
How is the collective share of the Culture Pass determined?

Each year, the credits provided for the collective share of the Culture Pass are distributed among the colleges and high schools that enroll students in 6e, 5e, 4e and 3e, CAP, second, first and terminal.

How is the individual share of the Culture Pass determined?

From 15 to 16 years old, you benefit from the free offers of the Culture Pass.

At 17, you benefit from €50 to finance cultural activities or outings of your choice.

The amount can be used until the day before you turn 21.

How to use the individual part of the Culture Pass?

You must download the application to your smartphone or computer dedicated to the Culture pass and register for it.

At the time of registration, you must scan and attach the following documents:

  • Identity document
  • Proof of address in your name. In case of accommodation, you must attach a proof of residence of the host, a certificate of accommodation and the identity document of the host.

Once the registration is accepted, the account is credited with the amount of money.

You must then select on the application the activities or outings and pay them directly online.

What rights do we enjoy?

You benefit from €150 to finance digital activities, outings or offers online of your choice.

This amount can be used until the day before your 21st birthday, in one or several times depending on the purchase concerned.

The amount of the purchase is automatically deducted from €150.
