It is possible to consult the decisions of its town hall, its department or its region in several ways. We present them to you.
Town hall
The situation varies depending on whether it is a municipality of less than 3,500 inhabitants or 3,500 or more inhabitants :

Municipality of less than 3,500 inhabitants
Consultation of an act published on paper
The acts published on paper can be consulted in the town hall permanently and free of charge.
Consultation of an act posted on the website of the municipality
The publication time of the act is of 2 months minimum.
You can ask for the decision on paper.
However, an abusive request may be refused. For example, a request to disrupt the proper functioning of the services.
You may have to pay a reproduction fee and, if necessary, to send the document.
Charges other than the cost of the postal item may not exceed the following rates:

Municipality of 3,500 inhabitants or more
The acts municipalities of 3 500 inhabitants or more are made available to the public on the website of the commune.
This rule also applies to public inter-communal cooperation institutions (except communal trade unions).
These may include, for example, a hall rental agreement between the town hall and an association, the deposit of an urban planning permit, the renewal of a cemetery concession, traffic and parking regulations.
The publication time of the act is of 2 months minimum.
