Planning to travel with your pet? You must complete certain formalities depending on whether you are traveling to a country of the European Union (EU) or in another country. We present useful information according to your destination.

You can travel within the EU with your dog if it meets all of the following conditions:
- To be identified by microchip (or by tattoo if it was made before July 3, 2011 and if it remains legible)
- Have a european identification passport issued by a veterinarian
