Training interview in the State Public Service (FPE)

Are you a civil servant (incumbent) or a contractor (non-incumbent) in the State civil service and would like to apply for training? Every year, you benefit from a training interview. It may take place at the same time as the annual assessment interview. This training interview is intended to determine your training needs. It gives rise to a report that is communicated to you. We present you the regulations to know.
Whether you are a civil servant or a contractor, you will receive a training interview with your line manager.
This interview is intended to determine your needs training based on:
- Objectives that are set for you
- Of your professional project.
It also allows you to submit your requests for:
- Preparation for competitions
- Validation of prior learning (VAE)
- Competency assessment
- Period of professionalization.
Please note
During this interview, your supervisor reminds you of the follow-up given to your previous training requests.
Before the training interview, you can consult your training department.
For example, it can:
- Highlight the direction of management in training
- Inquire about the Personal Training Account (PTA)
- Find out about other ways to access training.
The training interview takes place every year.
Your supervisor reports on the interview.
This report mentions:
- The training objectives offered to you
- The trainings you have led.
You are provided with this report and you can add comments to it.
FYI
This report and a summary of the training courses taken are attached to your individual file.
Your supervisor informs you of the follow-up given to your training interview.
Training may be refused or deferred.
Reasons must be given for refusal of training (e.g. budget reasons, non-priority training, service reasons in case of increased activity).
