You can not to spend time with a person to whom you are bound by a direct family connection.

The prohibition applies whether it is a family relationship or a bond of alliance.

So you can't go with the following people:

  • Your father, mother, grandfather or grandmother
  • Your son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter
  • Your brother or sister
  • Your half-brother or half-sister
  • Your uncle or aunt
  • Your niece or nephew
  • Your mother-in-law or father-in-law
  • Your stepson, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.

No waiver is not possible, even exceptionally.

However, you can to pass you with a first cousin or a first cousin.

In your civil partnerships folder, you must sign an sworn certificate of non-kinship and non-alliance.

This certificate is included in the following form:

Joint declaration of a civil pact of solidarity (Civil partnerships) and attestations on the honor of non-kinship, non-alliance and common residence
