You can not to spend time with a person to whom you are bound by a direct family connection.
The prohibition applies whether it is a family relationship or a bond of alliance.
So you can't go with the following people:
- Your father, mother, grandfather or grandmother
- Your son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter
- Your brother or sister
- Your half-brother or half-sister
- Your uncle or aunt
- Your niece or nephew
- Your mother-in-law or father-in-law
- Your stepson, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.
No waiver is not possible, even exceptionally.
However, you can to pass you with a first cousin or a first cousin.
In your civil partnerships folder, you must sign an sworn certificate of non-kinship and non-alliance.
