Yes, the general scheme disability pension (CPAM) and the agricultural scheme disability insurance (MSA) are graspable.
However, it does exist certain limits and the situation varies according to the category of invalidity.

The invalidity pension paid by your social security scheme (CPAM: titleContent, MSA: titleContent,...) is graspable under the same conditions as salary (scalable scale according to the amount of the pension, elusive bank balance,...).
Seizure cannot reduce your pension to less than €1,014.93 by quarter.

In case of hospitalization
For the payment of hospitalization costs, the invalidity pension may be seized up to 90% the amount of the pension, for the benefit of the hospital and the CPAM: titleContent.
