      When applying for an identity card or passport, you may encounter difficulties that you consider unjustified. Your means of redress depend on the administration that rejected your case.

      By the town hall

      The City Hall is responsible for receiving users, registering the request and transmitting them to the Center of Expertise and Resource Titles (Cert). It is not up to the Commission to accept or reject a file.

      If you encounter difficulties with the city council, you can contact the Cert by mail to inform them of the situation.
