Violence, abuse or neglect can take many forms: physical, psychological, sexual, financial or material or institutional. How does the 3133 work?

3133 is a free number and is accessible 7 days a week, from 9 am to 8 pm. It can be composed even in case of doubt. He participates in the identification of abuse in order to provide solutions quickly. The 3133 can be composed by all and is open to anyone victim or witness a situation of abuse:

• an elderly person;
• an adult with a disability;
• an adult in a precarious situation;
• a relative, caregiver or any person who witnesses or is concerned about a vulnerable person.
