What to do with your cardboard transport tickets in Île-de-France?

The sale of t+ cardboard tickets and Origin-Destination tickets have disappeared since November 2025 for the benefit of: 

• of service Navigo Liberté +, which allows casuals to benefit from a reduced rate (-20%), connections offered and a payment the following month. This is the reference title for occasional users;
• of purchases of securities on smartphone via Île-de-France Mobility and partner applications, or rechargeable passes Navigo Easy;
• of bank card terminals on the bus network Paris and petite couronne, for ultra occasional users who wish to buy their tickets on board. These titles do not give access to correspondence.

Cardboard tickets are no longer sold on station or dock vending machines (with the exception of tickets to stations outside Île-de-France, which are being dematerialized) and are no longer accepted on buses and trams since 1^er May 2026. They continue to be accepted to move within their respective perimeter of use until autumn 2026.

Do you still have t+ tickets (metro, tram, bus in Île-de-France and RER in Paris), airport tickets or Origin-Destination tickets?

They are not refundable but you can exchange them again between now and this fall and this, within the limit of 5 tickets per day.

Simply go to an RATP or SNCF counter so that your tickets are converted to equivalent digital format (full rate or reduced rate) on a previously purchased Navigo Easy pass. This one costs 2 euros and is for sale in station or station.
