- To manage a protective measure by an application to the guardianship judge. For example, you must manage the bank account of a person under guardianship for whom you are responsible.
- To ask the family affairs judge the introduction or amendment of one or more measures in the context of: a contribution to the costs of marriage, with or without children, a conflict with the other parent in the exercise of parental authority, the restoration of parental authority, residence and rights of access, or a maintenance obligation towards an ascendant or descendant.
