The Pass'colo is a State scheme designed to encourage children to leave for summer camps during the calendar year of their 11th birthday; this pivotal age is particularly marked by their entry into secondary school.

The aid granted varies between €200 and €350 according to the resources of the household. To benefit from it, your child must be born between 1er January 2015 and December 31, 2015. If your child was born in 2014 and you did not use the aid in 2025, you can benefit from it this year.

You can consult the list of stays eligible for the scheme in 2026 on the website of the Ministry of Sports and Youth (search possible by holiday period, rates, location of stay, etc.). Colonies are available for spring and summer holidays.

FYI

The Pass'colo can be used for only one stay per child and only during school holidays. It can be combined with other holiday aid (aid from the Caf, your town hall, your social and economic committeeetc.).

The amount of aid

The Pass'colo amount is calculated based on your family quotient (QF). It is deducted directly from the price of the holiday camp; you only have the rest to pay for the stay.

To benefit from the Pass'colo, your family quotient must be less than €1,500.

The scale of aid granted per stay is as follows:

  • Monthly household QF less than or equal to 200 €: €350.
  • Monthly household QF between 201 and 700 €: €300.
  • Monthly household QF between €701 and €1,200: €250.
  • Monthly household QF between €1,201 and €1,500 included: €200.

Please note

If you belong to a Caf or MSA beneficiary household eligible for the Pass'colo, you do not have to take any steps to benefit from it. You have automatically received a notification within your personal area of the Caf or MSA website. You can then use this assistance directly with a Pass'colo-approved tour organizer.

If you are not a recipient of the Caf or MSA, you can check your eligibility for help and apply to benefit from the scheme on the Pass'colo website.
