Pass'Sport evolves for the 2025-2026 season
Publié le 27 juin 2025 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
Pass’Sport is a conditional lump-sum grant to enable young people to join a sports club. The scheme is renewed for the 2025-2026 season, but is now more targeted at young people who have reached the age when sport participation generally decreases. At the same time, the level of aid is being upgraded.
Created in 2021, the Pass'Sport will once again be available to young people wishing to register with a sports club during the 2025-2026 season. The device is now reserved for the following persons:
- young people aged between 14 and 17 years who benefit from back-to-school allowance (ARS);
- children and adolescents aged 6 to 19 years with disabilities, whose family perceives education allowance for disabled children (AEEH);
- young people aged 16 to 30 who benefit from Disabled Adult Allowance (AAH);
- Scholarship students under 28 years of age who receive annual support from CROUS.
The Ministry of Sport, Youth and Community Life states that the scheme is thus “more targeted at the age at which young people drop out of sports, around the age of 14.”
Previously, for LRA beneficiaries, the scheme was accessible to children as young as 6 years of age.
What is the amount of the Pass'Sport during the 2025-2026 season?
The State aid is €70 per child in the 2025-2026 season, the amount was €50 previously.
Where to use the Pass'Sport?
Pass'Sport can be used when registering in :
- a club affiliated to sports federations approved by the Ministry of Sport, Youth and Community Life;
- an approved association for youth and popular education (JEP) or sport;
- a structure for commercial sports activities (for example, a climbing room or a fitness room).
Please note

How to benefit from the Pass'Sport?
Parents of Pass'Sport beneficiaries and young people concerned will receive electronically in the second half of August, a unique code; this code must be presented when registering in the chosen sports structure.
The Pass'Sport can be used for any entry made between 1er September and December 31, 2025. However, it is possible to apply the reduction immediately within clubs that register in June.
