The site enjoys very good overall satisfaction (79.5% satisfied, with even 51.4% very satisfied).
The site is seen as fast and rich in content. The proportions of users who consider the information to be clear and very clear are of the same order, while the confidence rate is even 85.5%, and 88% for those who indicate that they can easily find the information they are looking for.
