This online service makes it possible to make the declaration in town hall of a bed and breakfast.

Depending on the tools used by each town hall, several ways of making the declaration are possible. These different modalities are as follows:

Fill out the form and send it automatically to your town hall via remote transmission if your town hall has this online service
Fill out the online form, download it, print it and send it to your town hall, either by post with acknowledgement of receipt or by dropping it off on site
Use the online registration procedure specific to your town hall on its website, if your town hall has set up this type of online service. You must create an account in order to access the declaration procedure. Your bed and breakfast then receives a registration number that you must report on your rental ads and on your reservations. To find out if your city uses this online service, you must contact your town hall or consult its website.

The purpose of this online service is to replace the cerfa no. 13566. Some municipalities allow to download this form cerfa, fill it and send it to their services to make the declaration.
