Application for Maintenance - Referral to the Family Court

1. Fill in the postal code or municipality.
   The creditor of maintenance (the person requesting the aid) must seize the court of which depends on its domicile or the court whose depends on the domicile of the maintenance debtor.
   The food debtor (the person who owes the food aid) must bring the matter before the court of depends on the domicile of the maintenance creditor.
2. Select the “online request” among the 3 options offered
3. Fill out the form online and attach supporting documents
4. Validate your request

• Full copy of less than 3 months of your birth certificate or copy of your family booklet
• Copy of thebirth certificate of the defendant with mention of the filiation or the family booklet
• Proofs of your loads and your resources (payslips, income tax notices, proof of real estate credit, rent receipts, etc.)
• In case of request for change of alimony, photocopy of all previous decisions to the new request

You are notified by any means (in particular by electronic means) of the date of the hearing.

The persons against whom you bring this action are also summoned to the hearing.
