You are affected if you are the victim of injuries caused intentionally or through the fault, recklessness or negligence of an identified third party (an individual, a company, an administration or a health facility), originating from:

• A fall in a place receiving the public (shop, administration, etc.) or because of poor maintenance of the public road
• An accident during a sports, leisure or volunteer activity (match, supervised activity, moving a friend, etc.)
• An accident in public transport
• An incident at school
• A fall driven by an animal
• A bite from an animal
• An accident caused by an object belonging to another person
• Or an accident caused by a defective or toxic object.
