Request for access, rectification or erasure of the data recorded at the FPR, the Cnil
Any person registered in RPF: titleContent who wishes access, ask the rectification orerasure of data concerning her and who is searched to prevent a serious threat for public security or State security (e.g. arms trafficking), whether real information or clues have been collected about it (or which is the subject of certain individual administrative and supervisory control measures)
The steps in the process differ depending on the person making the request:

Choose the file concerned
Specify that the request is linked to a part of the RPF that is relevant to State security
Specify the pattern(s) the application
Attach all documents justifying the request
Specify that the request is performed for yourself
Fill In its elements ofidentity (surname, first names, postal address, etc.)
Attach one copy of a identity document
Validate the request
Request for another person
Sign in through FranceConnect or using an email address
Choose the file concerned
Specify that the request is related to a part of the RPF that is relevant to State security
Specify the pattern(s) the application
Attach all supporting documents the request
Specify that the request is made for another person
Fill In its elements ofidentity (surname, first names, postal address, etc.) and specify status (example: legal representative of a minor)
Specify the elements ofidentity of the person for which the request is made
Attach one copy of sound identity document
Validate the request
Copy of a identity document (national identity card, passport, etc.) of the person for whom the application is made
Copy of information in the RPF, provided that they have already been received
Copy of all documents attesting to theerror to correct orinformation to be erased (for example, the court decision that resulted in the registration)
Please note
Depending on the situation of the person making the request, other documents may be requested by Cnil: titleContent (e.g. legal representatives of a minor must attach a copy of family record book, a copy of each parent's ID and a copy of an application signed by each parent).
Et après ?
The Cnil: titleContent reply within 6 months. Depending on the complexity of the case, this period may be longer.
