Abroad

  3. Mail the file to the central civil registration service (scec).

  • Amplification of the decree authorizing the change of last name
  • Certificate of non-opposition or copy of the decision refusing the opposition
  • Full copy, in original, of the civil status documents whose amendment is requested. These documents are not mandatory but it is advisable to attach them.
