Non-interest-bearing transfer loan (also called Renovation loan - PAR +): Company form (all works except works improving the overall energy performance of the dwelling)

The form can be found in annex 2 of the order. This form is to be printed by the borrower. The borrower must have it completed by the companies who will carry out the work. The borrower must then give it to the institution or business that will finance the non-interest bearing transfer loan, along with the documents mentioned on the loan.

Reminder

This form concerns all eligible works non-interest bearing transfer advance loan for a one-off renovation.
