Professional sellers must declare the sale of a new non-approved machine covered by DICEM on sale, directly on the DICEM website.

However, if you are unable to log in to the DICEM site, this form allows you, as a contact and/or legal representative of a legal person, to declare the sale of an unapproved new machine under DICEM on behalf of a purchaser.

The information relating to the acquirer must be entered as indicated on his identity document, i.e. with all the surname(s) and first name(s).

Reminder

You must engrave the unique identification number on a fixed part of the equipment, which cannot be changed, before the gear is handed over to the purchaser.

The form specifies the documents to be attached.
