Check if a non-European driving license (EU/EEA) is exchangeable for a French license

This simulator shows states out Europe (EU/EEA) whose national driving licenses may be exchanged for a French license.

For each State, the category or categories of driving license concerned by the exchange for a French license shall be specified.

Please note

Exchange for a French license is only possible for foreigners driving licenses of equivalent category and who are issued under stringent conditions in accordance with French standards. For example, a foreigners B license with significant restrictions (limited driving hours, limited number of passengers, etc.) cannot be exchanged for a French B license.
