Comment faire ?

  1. Ask the agreement of the employee
  2. Write one certificate of membership Cesu + dated and signed by the employer and the employee (in duplicate)
  3. Check with the employee that he has entered his bank details in his online account
  4. Sign in at the service
  5. Enable the Cesu + service for the employee concerned
  6. Save his statement Cesu +

Please note

The Cesu+ cannot be activated when an employee is first declared by their new employer.

The Cesu + service is a free service of the Urssaf, which allows the employer to entrust the entire remuneration process to the Urssaf. This video explains how to activate this service.

Et après ?

  • 2 days after the registration of the declaration, the amount of the employee's remuneration is automatically deducted from the employer's bank account
  • 3 working days after the declaration, the salary is paid (on the employee's salary. The payment takes into account the withholding tax if the employee is taxable.

Please note

Social security contributions shall remain levied at the end of the month following receipt of the notice of levy.
